🤸‍♂️ Tumbling – Mixed Ability Class 🤸‍♀️

Our mixed ability tumbling class is designed for students who can confidently perform both a back walkover and a front walkover. This class focuses on developing strength, flexibility, control, and technique while progressing tumbling skills in a safe and supportive environment.

Students will work on:
✨ Improving walkover technique and consistency
✨ Developing stronger kicks, control, and body alignment
✨ Progressing to higher-level skills such as aerials, handsprings, and linking passes
✨ Building core strength, power, and flexibility
✨ Safe skill development using correct drills and progressions
