🌟 All Stars – Parent Terms & Conditions

By enrolling your child as an All Stars member, parents and guardians agree to support the values, commitments, and expectations of the All Stars program.


1. Fees & Payments

  • Fees must be paid on time and by the agreed due dates.
  • Late payments may result in your child being unable to participate in classes, rehearsals, or competitions until accounts are up to date.
  • Fees are non-refundable for missed classes due to illness, holidays, or other personal reasons.

2. Attendance & Commitment

  • All Stars is a commitment-based program. Regular attendance at classes, rehearsals, and events is essential.
  • Absences should be communicated to the studio as early as possible.
  • Ongoing absences may affect choreography placement, performance opportunities, or team participation.

3. Respect & Kindness

  • We expect kindness, respect, and positive behaviour from all parents, dancers, and families.
  • Gossip, negativity, or disrespectful behaviour (in person, online, or via messages) will not be tolerated.
  • All Stars is a team — we lift each other up.

4. Trust in Teachers & Staff

  • Parents agree to trust the professional judgement of All Stars teachers and staff.
  • Teaching methods, class structure, casting, and choreography decisions are made with the best interests of the dancers and the team in mind.
  • Concerns should be raised respectfully and privately, never in front of dancers.

5. Communication

  • All official communication will be shared via the studio’s chosen platforms.
  • Parents are responsible for staying informed and checking messages regularly.
  • We kindly ask parents not to approach teachers during class time.

6. Uniform, Hair & Presentation

  • Dancers must attend classes in the correct uniform, with hair neat and appropriate for their class.
  • Competition and performance presentation standards must be followed as instructed.

7. Social Media & Photography

  • Parents must be respectful when posting on social media and must not share negative or inappropriate content relating to the studio, staff, or dancers.
  • Photos and videos from classes or events should only be shared in line with studio guidelines.

8. Health & Safety

  • Parents must inform the studio of any medical conditions, injuries, or changes that may affect participation.
  • Dancers should not attend class if unwell or injured without approval.

9. Behaviour & Conduct

  • All Stars dancers represent the club at all times.
  • Ongoing inappropriate behaviour from dancers or parents may result in warnings or removal from the All Stars program.

10. A Team Commitment

  • Being part of All Stars means being part of a community built on trust, commitment, respect, and teamwork.
  • Parents play a vital role in supporting not only their own child but the team as a whole.
